For the romantic retro girl, we offer this pretty vintage blouse from the '70s. Made of ivory gauze, it features a round neckline with Chantilly lace and ruffled capelet gracing the shoulders. The full length sleeves have elastic cuffs finished with wide lace trim. Body is straight cut and blouse opens at the front neck with three pearl shank buttons and loops with tie. No fabric content but feels like a cotton and polyester blend. Vintage 1970s. Tag reads
