Consider this fun pair of 70's men's briefs designed in two shades of blue and trimmed in white. Features a wide elastic waist, open curve fly front and wide double-layer gusset. Vintage 1970's. The tag reads
Tri-Colors ~ Cotton/Polyester ~ Size Large 38-40 but 40" is the maximum stretch. Made in the U.S.A.
