This is a sweet white vintage petticoat slip for old-fashion summer dressing. The 9" ruffled hem has a pretty lace insert and a wide lace finish. Folded waistband is pearly elastic with nice stretch. Slip feels like it is constructed of cotton blended with a synthetic fabric ~ maybe rayon or nylon. Vintage late 1950's. Partially frayed embroidered cloth tag reads Charmode ~ ~ Size X-Large.

Condition

Condition is EXCELLENT ~ appears barely worn with no flaws of any kind other than tiny bit of ripple of the elastic waistband in back.

Waist: 28" unstretched to 40quot; maximum stretch (about 32 to 36" comfortably)
