This is a lovely vintage garter belt constructed of buff color tulle net beautifully embellished with golden embroidery. Waist is elastic and back closure is elastic with metal hook & loop. Four garters have tulle streamers covering the front two and metal and rubber tabs to attach silky stockings. Vintage 1970s. Pristine cloth tag reads
