The focal point of this soft vanilla creme velour beauty is the opulent double layer of pleated chiffon and lace surrounding the neckline. Continuing the elegant look are the wide double-layer chiffon and lace elasticized cuffs. A glowing rose pink thick satin ribbon ties around the waist into a bow.
