This is a lovely '40s smooth pink rayon satin bias gown for the beautiful plus size girl. It is extra long and features a generous bodice with embroidery and antiqued white cotton lace trimming the square neckline. Back is overlapped v-shape construction for comfortable movement. All stitching is tiny and inside seams are pinked. If you are familiar with Bur-Mil quality you know that the fabric of this gown is buttery soft, fluid and very sensuous to the touch. Vintage 1940s. Condition
EXCELLENT ~ appears barely worn with a tiny pinhole on the front about waist level and one about hip level ~ one small and faint grey mark ~ none of these are distracting ~ there are no stains, other holes or weaknesses.
