This vintage nightgown and peignoir set is a white sugar plum fairy confection of chiffon, lace and satin ribbon. The romantic gown features a layer of sheer chiffon over opaque nylon and gorgeous lacey empire bodice. The keyhole opening is trimmed with two nylon bows (non-functional) and gown fastens in back with nylon ties. Center-stage is the frothy double nylon chiffon peignoir featuring a lace ruffle neckline. The lace-lavished empire bodice is deliciously outlined with a wide white satin ribbon and adorned with a Dior style bow. Delightful puffed lace sleeves are lined with sheer nylon and will make you feel like a princess. Peignoir closes at the bosom with two metal snaps. Vintage 1960's. Double cloth tag in excellent condition reads 100% Nylon ~ Size Medium ~ no maker is mentioned.

Condition

Condition is EXCELLENT ~ appears barely worn if at all with no stains, holes or discoloration ~ there are some faint picks in the chiffon on the gown at the hem ~ does not adversely affect a beautiful presentation.
