ORDERING

Orders are accepted online via our website, postal mail or toll-free telephone number. Use our fully secure online store to submit your online order. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure your personal details are safe. You can check our security certificate (on home page) by clicking on the logo to verify that it is current. You will know it is working when you see the address bar change to yellow during checkout and the page address begins with https. Please keep in mind that our site is completely secure and confidential. We respect your privacy and information you provide to us will never be shared with anyone else. Any personal or credit information you send to us via postal mail or telephone is promptly entered into our secure ordering system and all papers are shredded and destroyed. Your credit card information is promptly deleted from our records once your purchase is shipped.

Please do not be concerned if your selection(s) do not appear as SOLD immediately. Your selected item is revised as unavailable only after your credit card is authorized manually. This secure method prevents double-charges and allows for correction of errors before they appear on your credit card.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International clients may pay via credit card or International Money Order in US funds drawn on a US bank only. We accept all major credit cards - American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. PAYPAL

If you prefer to pay via PayPal, please send your request to . State the item(s) and item number(s) you wish to purchase and we will be happy to send you a PayPal invoice.

Solution Graphics

The most secure and private way to order is online but we also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal or Company Checks. Please allow twelve (12) days for check processing from the time we receive your check until we ship your order. If you would like to pay with a money order or check, your selection(s) will be reserved and listed as "ON HOLD". Items on hold will be placed back in the store listings if payment is not received within ten (10) days.

POSTAL MAIL PAYMENTS

1. First, email your order to . We will send you a total amount and then reserve your item(s) for 10 days.

In your email, include the following information:

  • Customer Billing Address and Shipping Address, if different
  • Item Number(s), Item Description(s), Item Price(s) and Total including Shipping and Options
  • Payment Method Desired - please see Payments section. Please do not email your credit card information since it will not be secure.
  • 2. Fill out your check or money order - please pay to the order of: Heavenly Vintage Lingerie or HVL

    Be sure to include the appropriate shipping, tax if applicable (7.5% for OH addresses only) and gift services and/or expedited shipping (if desired) in the payment.

    Please include on a separate sheet of paper:

  • Customer Name, Telephone Number(s), Email Address
  • Customer Billing Address and Shipping Address, if different
  • Item Number(s), Item Description(s), Item Price(s) and Total including Shipping and Options

  • If you wish to use a credit card for your order, please also include:

  • Three Digit Security Code (last three numbers located on back of card in Signature Panel) - credit card payments cannot be processed without this.

    After you have submitted your order, you will receive confirmation that your order was placed and that we have received your payment.

    GIFT SERVICES

    We offer beautiful gift wrapping in a bag or box and gift cards for that special person in your life. This service is selected upon checking out. If ordering via postal mail, please be sure the clearly state which gift services you would like. Don't forget to add the selected services to the payment.

    GIFT BAG: $6.00 per package - Please clearly specify which items should be wrapped.
    GIFT BOX: $10.00 per package - Please clearly specify which items should be wrapped.
    Gift Card: $1.00 - Be sure to specify the message that should be included in the gift card.
    No invoice in the box: No charge - You'll probably want to select this option if the purchase is a gift going to a different address.
    Invoice to different address: 50¢ - Please specify address in special instructions.

    All Gift Services fees are non-refundable.


    SALES TAX Orders with Ohio billing addresses will be charged 7.75% Ohio State sales tax.
