RETURNS/REFUNDS
We are confident you'll be quite satisfied with your Heavenly Vintage Lingerie purchase. Our standards are high because we want you to be pleased enough to consider us for many future purchases. We work hard to offer quality products that are in the best possible condition. We professionally clean & repair all items if applicable before listing them on our site. Your selection is carefully and securely wrapped so it arrives to you in perfect condition. Every item we offer has a complete description including accurate measurements, fabric content, condition, and clear photos. Your satisfaction is always our goal.
Knowing all your current body measurements and jotting them down on paper will help you make a wiser selection. Take time to find and measure a similar garment you already own that fits you well. Look closely at the description and measurements of each item you are considering on our site. We understand that ordering any merchandise online is not the same as an "in person" purchase. It is not possible to touch fabrics, get a real perspective of actual dimensions, judge the fit on your body, see exact shades of color, examine labels and construction, or inspect for flaws.

within 3 (three) days of receiving your item with your request. Please note that we charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned after 14 days from date of receipt.
Returns must be in the same condition as received with no damage or wear. The returned garment also must be free of odors such as smoke & perfume, alterations, stressed or split seams, tears, snags, holes or stains, or make-up residue. Items are inspected thoroughly before they are shipped and must be in original condition or no refund will be granted. To be fair to all clients, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn ~ such items will be returned and no refund will be issued. Due to the delicate nature of our vintage items, we request that return instructions are honored.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
Return of any merchandise requires pre-authorization from us. Contact us via email and once pre-authorization is issued, we will give instructions and the proper address for the return. Do NOT return the package to our P.O. Box.
Please be sure to enclose the garment in a clean plastic bag (or in original wrapping) placed in a USPS Priority box or similar secure packaging in order to maintain the integrity of the item.
Returns must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date your order was delivered. After we have received and inspected the condition of the returned item, we will issue a refund for your item if all return instructions are followed.
Returns received after 14 days of date of receipt will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. No refunds are processed after 30 days.
Shipping/insurance charges for returned merchandise are not refundable and you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item to us. We encourage you to send it USPS Priority Mail with insurance and/or Delivery Confirmation as you are responsible for items until we receive and sign for it.
Refunds are promptly issued in the same method as payment received. Credit card payments will receive a refund to their credit card account and money orders/checks will receive a company check via postal mail.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - your returned package must be received by us within 10 (ten) days of the date from when you contacted us regarding your decision to return the item. You will be required to send the item by Air Mail for most the most expedient resolution of your return request. When shipping your purchase to us, we recommend that you use a carrier that can issue you a tracking number or delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles sent back to us without a proper form of tracking.
