SHIPPING INFORMATION

UNITED STATES DOMESTIC:

As a courtesy to our customers, shipping for one or more items in a single package to one address within the United States is a flat fee of $5.00 with insurance and delivery confirmation included.

We discreetly package and ship via insured USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. All orders paid with credit card, money order or cashier's check will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment with the exception of weekends. Orders paid for with a personal or business check will require a 10-day clearance period after we receive it before shipment of item(s). You will be notified when your check is received and expected ship date.

In a hurry? For shipping within the United States, we also offer:

FEDERAL EXPRESS 2-Day Express Shipping for a flat fee of $25.00 to the continental states and $35.00 for Alaska and Hawaii.

FEDERAL EXPRESS Overnight Express Shipping for a flat fee of $35.00 to the continental states and $50.00 to Alaska and Hawaii.

USPS Express Shipping for a flat fee of $25.00 to the continental states and Alaska and Hawaii.

Please check with us before ordering overnight service to be sure we are able to accommodate your request. FedEx can only be utilized for a business or residential address with telephone number. PO boxes are not eligible for FedEx shipping. Currently, FedEx weekend delivery is not available.

INTERNATIONAL:

International buyers from Europe (except Italy), Japan, Australia, South Africa and Canada are warmly welcomed and appreciated. Orders will be shipped by USPS Air Mail which is the most expedient and safest method.

USPS First Class Mail International shipping for orders totaling $99.99 or less is a flat fee of $12.00.

USPS First Class Mail International shipping for orders totaling $100.00 and over is a flat fee of $20.00 and includes insurance.

In a hurry or you prefer a tracking number for your order? We also offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail International for a flat fee of $30.00 to any overseas address. This choice includes insurance and a tracking number.

Sorry, we do not sell or ship to Italy, North Africa, Asia, South America or the Middle East.

After your order has left our premises, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been sent.

Customs Declaration: Please note that we have to declare actual value for international packages ~ this is the law. Contents will be marked second-hand clothing and merchandise with value stated as the actual value. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. If you incur these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to an invalid shipping address supplied by the customer. Also, an unclaimed package returned to us is considered rejected. In either case, the customer may choose one of the following:

  • Resend the order: The customer must provide a valid shipping address. The customer's credit card will be charged again for the same shipping and handling as found in the original order.
  • Reject the order: The order will be treated as a return. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the merchandise total and the original shipping and handling is not refunded. See the Returns section of our Policies for complete information regarding returned purchases.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Upon the very rare occurrence of a lost or stolen package, we will work with you and the US Postal Service or other delivery carrier to issue a refund. A lost/stolen package must be missing at least 30 days from the ship date before a report can be filed after which you will be required to provide a letter to Heavenly Vintage Lingerie stating your package was not received.
